Food I like.


For many years, I hadn't been a Japanese food lover. This colorless, sober meals had never attracted me at all. If I could choose Italian food or Japanese one, you know, there's nothing to hesitate at that time. However, I tend to eat more Japanese food recently without any particular reason. Tofu, or bean curd (see this post about tofu,), takuan, kind of Japanese pickles and rice make me feel so calm. Well, let me cook and tell more stories about Japanese food this year, shall we? ;)
